Players Collxctive is a full-service athlete management agency focusing on female athletes. We specialize in contract negotiation, athlete brand management, business strategy, and helping brands navigate the women’s sport industry.
Our founders provide a rich background in business and in sport. Collectively, they bring a passion for leveling the playing field for female athletes and working with our athletes to create true brand partners and a revenue-generating mindset.

Meet the team
LESLEY FELDMAN
Lesley is a former DI National Champion for UCLA Softball. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and her Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law. After practicing employment law at large firms, she branched out and started her own law firm in 2010. Lesley is passionate about creating equal opportunities and representation at the table for athletes.
Jami Lobpries
Jami played college softball for Texas A&M, and played four seasons professionally in the National Pro Fastpitch (NPF) league. Following her playing career, Jami received her Ph.D in Sport Management with a focus on female athlete branding and brand identity theory, then taught Sport Management and Sport Marketing at Texas A&M and University of Tampa. She has spent the last seven years working as an executive in the youth sport industry as the National Director of Fastpitch for USSSA and now as the CEO and co-Founder of Alliance Fastpitch, a national league for fastpitch that focuses on player development on and off the field. She has built large-scale national events including the largest National Championship in youth softball. Jami is a lifelong learner who is passionate about increasing opportunities for girls and women in sport both on and off the field.
Natasha watley
Natasha is an Olympic gold and silver medalist for USA Softball Softball. She was a four-time All American and National Champion at UCLA. She continued her career overseas in the Japan Softball League and now leads our Players Collxctive International business matching the world’s best softball athletes to prospective professional teams within the JSL. In addition to being one of the greatest softball players of all time (and everyone’s favorite player!), Natasha has built a business empire off the field including her non-profit, the Natasha Watley Foundation which aims to continue growing access to the game of softball for inner city youth.
sierra romero
Sierra Romero grew up in Murrieta, CA where she began travel ball at 8 years old. She has since competed with the University of Michigan, Team USA, played professional Softball in the NPF and currently competes professionally with Athletes Unlimited.
While an athlete Sierra became very passionate about growth through life’s challenges. She has overcome three knee surgeries that kept her away from the game for almost three years while also adjusting to the everyday highs and lows we face as humans. “You gotta go through it to grow through it.”
Sierra has negotiated some of her own partnership deals for her own career with that knowledge she joins Players Collxctive as the Head of Athlete Branding and Partnerships
Players Collxctive is committed to amplifying the value of female athletes as true brand partners and works diligently with our athletes and brands to provide mutually beneficial athlete endorsement or partnership collaborations. To date, Players Collxctive has secured over 70 endorsement deals in under 1 year of operating for our athletes including some “first-ever” NIL deals with Adidas, Champion and WWE. We’ve negotiated professional playing contracts with Athletes Unlimited, Women’s Pro Fastpitch, NCAA Division I Coaching Deals, and the Japan Softball League. Our athletes have landed Global Marketing campaigns as well as nationally broadcasted commercial spots during March Madness. We are on a mission to show the world the business value of female athletes while building our team of athletes into true business leaders.
