Players Collxctive is a full-service athlete management agency focusing on female athletes. We specialize in contract negotiation, athlete brand management, business strategy, and helping brands navigate the women’s sport industry.

Meet the team
LESLEY FELDMAN
Lesley is a former DI National Champion for UCLA Softball. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and her Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law. After practicing employment law at large firms, she branched out and started her own law firm in 2010. Lesley is passionate about creating equal opportunities and representation at the table for athletes.
Players Collxctive is committed to amplifying the value of female athletes as true brand partners and works diligently with our athletes and brands to provide mutually beneficial athlete endorsement or partnership collaborations. To date, Players Collxctive has secured over 70 endorsement deals in under 1 year of operating for our athletes including some “first-ever” NIL deals with Adidas, Champion and WWE. We’ve negotiated professional playing contracts with Athletes Unlimited, Women’s Pro Fastpitch, NCAA Division I Coaching Deals, and the Japan Softball League. Our athletes have landed Global Marketing campaigns as well as nationally broadcasted commercial spots during March Madness. We are on a mission to show the world the business value of female athletes while building our team of athletes into true business leaders.
